Marblehead Historical Commission (MHC) grants one time reproduction rights, except in the case of web site, Television or video use, per the terms of the MHC Image Use Policy, unless otherwise approved by the MHC Chairman. The MHC image identification number must be included and the publication must include the following credit line or an approved alternative:
“Photograph/Image Courtesy Marblehead Historical Commission, Abbot Hall, Marblehead, MA, http://www.marbleheadhistory.org”
The applicant acknowledges receipt of and agrees that permission is subject to the terms of the Marblehead Historical Commission Image Use Policy and agrees to pay all reproduction and use fees promptly. Applicant also acknowledges the Proof and Complementary Copy requirements noted below. The applicant will receive a counter- signed copy when permission has been granted by the MHC.
